This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, Credits, and payment disputes are handled for purchases made through Pixelair.studio. By purchasing Credits or using paid Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Overview
Pixelair.studio operates on a prepaid credit system.
Credits may be purchased through:
- Starter Pack;
- Creator Pack;
- Studio Pack;
- custom credit purchases;
- promotional or bonus credit programmes.
Credits are digital products intended for immediate use within the Platform.
2. Digital Content and Immediate Access
Pixelair provides digital content and digital services.
By purchasing Credits or accessing paid functionality, you expressly:
- request immediate access to the Services;
- consent to immediate performance of the contract;
- acknowledge that digital content may be delivered immediately after purchase;
- understand that statutory cancellation rights may be lost once performance begins.
Access to purchased Credits is generally provided immediately following successful payment.
3. General Refund Policy
Except where required by Applicable Law, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
This includes:
- purchased Credits;
- unused Credits;
- partially used Credits;
- consumed Credits;
- promotional Credits;
- custom credit purchases;
- completed generations;
- generated Outputs.
Refunds are generally not provided because Credits constitute digital content delivered immediately following purchase.
4. Failed Generations
If a generation fails due to a technical issue attributable to Pixelair, Credits may be automatically refunded to your Account balance.
Examples may include:
- system processing failures;
- generation failures caused by platform errors;
- infrastructure failures preventing completion of a generation.
Refunds for failed generations are normally issued as Credits rather than monetary refunds.
We reserve the right to determine whether a generation qualifies as a failed generation.
The following do not normally qualify as failed generations:
- unsupported prompts;
- moderation blocks;
- user errors;
- dissatisfaction with Outputs;
- stylistic preferences;
- model behaviour;
- generation variability;
- connectivity issues outside our control;
- third-party outages.
5. Dissatisfaction with Outputs
AI-generated content is inherently probabilistic and may vary significantly between generations.
Refunds are not provided because:
- an Output does not meet expectations;
- an Output contains inaccuracies;
- an Output requires editing or revision;
- an Output is not commercially suitable;
- an Output differs from previous generations;
- a generation style is not preferred.
Users remain responsible for reviewing and validating Outputs before use.
6. Promotional and Bonus Credits
Promotional, bonus, referral, trial, or complimentary Credits:
- have no cash value;
- cannot be exchanged for money;
- cannot be transferred;
- are not refundable.
We reserve the right to modify, revoke, or expire promotional Credits in accordance with applicable promotions or anti-abuse measures.
7. Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, suspend Accounts, revoke Credits, or restrict future purchases where we reasonably suspect:
- fraud;
- payment abuse;
- chargeback abuse;
- account manipulation;
- violations of our Terms or policies.
Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute may result in:
- Account suspension;
- Credit revocation;
- termination of access to the Services;
- recovery of associated costs and fees where permitted by law.
8. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under Applicable Law.
Where consumer protection legislation provides a mandatory right to a refund, repair, replacement, or other remedy, such rights remain unaffected.
9. Requesting a Refund Review
If you believe that:
- a payment was processed incorrectly;
- Credits were not delivered;
- a technical failure occurred;
